Bridgwater and Taunton College

Aim: To provide coaching for several senior managers, covering a range of issues aligned with the college’s strategic objectives and individuals’ career development needs.

We delivered: Tailored, learner-driven and non-directive coaching resource – delivered flexibly across a time-frame to suit each coachee. We provided a range of additional materials and resources to support the coaching process and systemic review to ensure implementation of actions agreed.
