Aim: To enhance management knowledge, skill and confidence in holding challenging conversations.
How we did it: Adopting an accelerated-learning approach, with a focus on practical techniques for holding challenging conversations. We utilised a range of group exercises and peer coaching activities in order to consolidate learning and ensure transfer of learning.
Our client said: Jo and Carly worked closely with us to understand our needs and design a programme of workshops that delivered great value for our organisation. Participants enjoyed the courses and were able to demonstrate how they had applied what they’d learned; with many saying they had increased confidence in situations where they needed to deal with conflict or manage challenging conversations.
