Aim: To develop influencing and negotiation skills for site- and regional-mangers in order to support stakeholder engagement strategies.
We delivered: A bespoke workshop, designed to augment and support wider organisational objectives. This covered: personal influencing styles; network mapping; negotiation strategies and action planning.
How we did it: We used an interactive, accelerated-learning approach, including theory and practical techniques, with plenty of applied group exercises and individual reflection. Our approach, in partnership with the HR and organisational development team, aimed to maximise transfer of learning and support business development activity.
